BigBang's Taeyang and Daesung shared behind-the-scenes photos and expressed their affection for Vietnamese fans following the K-pop group's two-night concerts at Hanoi's My Dinh National Stadium.

After the second show ended on Oct. 25, Taeyang uploaded a collection of photos to his official Facebook page, attracting more than 12,000 likes, comments and shares within an hour.

Fans flooded the comments with well-wishes, while some expressed disappointment that he had not performed his hit song "Eyes, Nose, Lips".

Across both nights, Taeyang entertained the audience with energetic and technically demanding dance routines.

While performing "Bad", he executed a trust fall into the arms of his backup dancers. During "Live Fast Die Slow", he approached the crowd barrier and passed his microphone to fans, inviting them to sing along.

On the second night, he emerged victorious in a dance competition against his two bandmates.

Daesung also marked the occasion on Instagram, sharing photos of himself holding two handheld banners prepared by G-Dragon's Vietnamese fan community.

The banners carried the messages "BigBang is back" and "Until Whenever, Still BigBang Still V.I.P.", referring to the group's official fandom name.

Known for his sense of humor, Daesung repeatedly amused the audience during the shows. He revealed that he had struggled to sleep after the opening night because he kept recalling the memorable moments he had shared with fans.

At both concerts, he performed the Vietnamese phrase "Qua gioi han, qua gioi han" (Beyond limits, beyond limits), an adapted lyric from his song "Hando-Chogu", while swaying his hips, prompting loud cheers.

Although G-Dragon has yet to publish a post about the concerts, the group's leader remained active online, liking Daesung's update and several videos showing Vietnamese fans singing along.

The Oct. 24–25 performances were part of BigBang's 2026–2027 world tour, "XX: COSMOS", celebrating 20 years since the group's debut.

The setlists were largely identical across both nights, featuring fan favorites including "Fantastic Baby", "Hands Up", "Blue", "Tonight" and "Lies".

At the end of the first show, the three members knelt to express their gratitude to the audience and described the event at My Dinh National Stadium as "the best concert."

Following the second performance, Daesung jokingly suggested signing a contract for another concert in Vietnam, a proposal warmly welcomed by Taeyang and G-Dragon.

All three pledged to return to the country soon. During the Oct. 24 show, G-Dragon had also told the audience: "This is just the beginning."

BigBang debuted in 2006 with five members: G-Dragon, Taeyang, T.O.P, Seungri and Daesung.

The group gained recognition for its hip-hop and R&B-influenced sound, powerful vocals, synchronized performances and songwriting skills.

It collected numerous Artist of the Year, Song of the Year and Album of the Year honors at major Asian music awards, expanding its popularity to the U.S. by 2010.

In 2015, the group released its third Korean-language studio album, "MADE", which enjoyed widespread success.

Its activities slowed in 2018 as the members began their mandatory military service, with "Flower Road" becoming the last single featuring all five original members.

When BigBang returned in 2022, it had four members, following Seungri's departure after he received a three-year prison sentence in August 2021.

T.O.P subsequently left the group two years later.

In 2024, BigBang attracted renewed attention with a three-member performance at the Mnet Asian Music Awards.

The group first visited Vietnam in 2012, when all five original members performed at the SoundFest music festival in Ho Chi Minh.
