How to delete your data
You can ask COURSE to delete your account and personal data at any time, including when you signed in with Google, Microsoft (Outlook), Facebook or EngNote. Follow these steps:
- Send an email to admin@netbox.vn with the subject “Data deletion request”. Please send it from the email address you registered with; if you signed in with Facebook, Google or Microsoft, name that service and the display name on the account.
- We verify that you own the account (we may ask a few questions) so nobody else can delete your data by mistake.
- We delete or anonymise your personal data as soon as the law allows, then confirm the result to you by email.
What is deleted
Your name, email, phone number, the link to your Google / Microsoft / Facebook / EngNote account, your profile, photos and videos, submissions and messages. Classes, scores and certificates are no longer tied to your identity.
What we may have to keep
Payment records and transaction logs that the law requires us to keep for a set period. We separate them from your identity wherever possible.
If you signed in with Facebook
Besides sending the request above you can remove the app from your Facebook account: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, pick this app and choose Remove. That only revokes Facebook sign-in; it does not delete the account and data stored here. To have them deleted, send the request as described above.
